The airline on which you flew is the first point of contact regarding your lost or delayed baggage. Always make a claim with the airline representative at baggage claim immediately upon noticing that your bag is not on the carousel. The airline will make arrangements for delivery and should provide their contact information to check the status of your bag.
The Quad City International Airport offers the Destination Points Business center to our frequent fliers who have a minimum of 8 trips annually. It is not necessary to be affiliated with an airline club to be a card holder. Click HERE to complete an application.
A public conference room as well as the airport west end, an open lobby area, are available to rent for a fee. To reserve the conference room or inquire, call 309-764-9621, extension 7. The conference room is located in the main/public terminal near the charter counter.
It is the position of the Metropolitan Airport Authority to accommodate those individuals with special needs. Skycaps and Customer Care representatives are available for help with baggage and from the airline ticket counters to the gate, or to bag claim. Your airline can page for assistance at any time. For our hearing impaired guests, TTY machines are available at all public payphone terminals.

Global entry appointments are not located at the QCIA Terminal. Click here for directions to the US Customs and Border Protection office, off-site, east of airport terminal. Neither the Quad City International Airport nor TSA assist with the Global Entry Application or Interview Process. Two gift shop locations offer books & magazines, candy, travel necessities, souvenirs and sundry items. John Deere toys, gifts for kids and wearables from Iowa and Illinois are featured. The public gift shop is located near the hanging airplane in the terminal. The CNBC gift shop is located just past security screening on Concourse B. The public (pre-screening) gift shop is open at 4:00 a.m., and closes at 4:30 p.m. daily. The CNBC News Store is open from 4:00 a.m. and closes when the last flight of the evening begins to board.
Open 6:30 a.m. daily; Close 5:30 p.m. Sun-Fri, and 5 p.m. Saturday. Bar/Lounge available for drinks and lounge menu 11:00 a.m. Mon–Sat, and 12:00 p.m. on Sundays. The main restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily with a full service menu when you have time to sit down to eat Main restaurant may close prior to listed hours due to heavy flight cancellations, or lighter flight schedules on certain days of the week or at Manager's discretion.
Beyond screening checkpoint. Open 4:30 a.m. daily. Deli remains open until the last flight departs. The Deli & snack bar offers Gevalia Cafe mochas, lattes, smoothies and more. The bar has casual seating.The deli serves quick grab-and-go items throughout the day including a variety of sandwiches, salads, quick-fried items like onion rings and chicken tenders, Whitey’s ice cream treats and more. Both locations may adjust/extend hours as necessary to accommodate delayed flights.

The visitor information station is located near baggage claim and contains visitor maps and sightseeing/attraction brochures for the Quad City area.
